Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 cups White wine
½ cup Lemon juice
2 Lemons; grated rind of
cup Sugar
1 quart Whole milk
4 Egg whites
Grated nutmeg

Directions

Combine white wine, lemon juice, grated lemon rinds and 1 cup sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved. Add milk and beat until frothy. Beat egg whites until stiff gradually adding remaining sugar. Float egg whites on the top of liquid in punch bowl; sprinkle with nutmeg. Makes about 10 six ounce cups.
