5 Precooked 6-8\" crepes
¼ pounds Hot smoked lake trout
3 ounces Cream cheese; softened
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Chives; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Green pepper; finely chopped
1 tablespoon Pimento; finely chopped
Pepper

Directions

Mix the ingredients and spread on the crepes. cut crepes into quarters and roll up. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
