Smokey fish pie

1 | can | (10 oz) condensed mushroom soup |
¼ | pint | Milk |
8 | ounces | Smoked fish, cooked & flaked |
4 | ounces | Grated cheese |
8 | ounces | Pasta shells, cooked |
Ground black pepper | ||
2 | ounces | Wholemeal breadcrumbs |
Parsley to garnish |
Directions
Place soup and milk into a saucepan. Bring to boil over med. heat stirring continuously. Add the fish, cheese and pasta. Season to taste. Place mixture in shallow ovenproof dish. Cover the top with the breadcrumbs. Bake mod. oven 15 mins. Serve garnished with parsley.
