Sourdough panckaes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ cup Sourdough starter
¼ cup Egg BeatersĀ® 99% egg substitute
1 cup Skim milk
2 tablespoons Canola oil
cup Buttermilk pancake mix
½ teaspoon Baking soda

Directions

Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Pour batter onto hot griddle; flip pancakes when edges appear dry. Recipe by: Sharon Barbour
