Southestern shrimp creole

Ingredients

¼ cup Margarine or butter
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 large Green pepper, chopped
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 pack Diced pimientos (4 oz)
teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper
1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies (10 oz)
1 pounds Shrimp, shelled and deveined
Cooked rice

Directions

In a large skillet, melt margarine; saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in pimientos, salt, pepper and RO*TEL; simmer 10 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until done, about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with cooked rice.
