Spanish tomato sauce

16 | ounces | Tomatoes; Undrained -- 1 |

6 | ounces | Tomato Paste -- 1 Can |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
½ | teaspoon | Dried Oregano Leaves -- |
Crushed | ||
½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
1 | dash | Salt |
Directions
Put all of the ingredients in a blender container and blend until the onion and green pepper are finely chopped. Simmer, covered, in a saucepan for 30 minutes. Serve over meat or fish.
Makes 3 cups.
