Sparkling lemon-mint tea

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
3 Mint flavored tea bags
3 cups Boiling water
1 can (16-oz) frozen lemonade
Concentrate, thawed, and
Undiluted
teaspoon Sugar, or equal
cup Sparkling Mineral Water,
Chilled
Mint leaves optional

Directions

Combine tea bags, water, cover and steep 20 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add lemonade concentrate. stir well, add sugar or equal, stir again to blend.

Cover and chill. Stir in mineral water; serve over ice. Garnish with mint.
