3 | tablespoons | Margarine |
½ | cup | Packed light brown sugar |
¼ | cup | Sugar |
1 | large | Egg |
½ | cup | Nonfat yogurt |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
1½ | cup | Flour |
¼ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
¼ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
¾ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
½ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground allspice |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground cloves |
Directions
Beat margarine & sugars until smooth. Add egg. Add yogurt & vanilla & beat until smooth. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda & spices. Cover the batter & refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Drop the batter by rounded teaspoonfuls onto baking sheets that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake at 425F for 7-9 minutes or until the cookies are puffed & lightly browned. Cool on a wire rack.
