11 ounces Green Beans; Cooked And Chopped, About 2 Cups
1 medium Cucumber; Peeled and Finely Chopped, About 1 Cup
½ medium Red Onion; Finely Chopped, About 1/2 Cup
2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro; Chopped
2 tablespoons Red Wine Or Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons Fresh Hot Green Chili; Chopped, OR
¼ teaspoon Cayenne Pepper; Crushed
1 teaspoon Honey
½ teaspoon Salt

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together, blending well. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours or until well chilled.
