Spicy ham and eggs

Ingredients

6 Eggs
1 cup (4 1/2 oz.)Deviled Ham
2 teaspoons Instant minced onion
dash Pepper
2 tablespoons Butter or margarine

Directions

1. Beat eggs with a fork until well mixed. Then stir in ham, onion, pepper, and 2 Tb water, mixing well. 2. Slowly heat butter in 9- or 10-inch skillet. Pour in egg mixture; cook, covered, and over low heat, until eggs are firm - 15 to 20 minutes. 3. With a spatula, loosen edge of eggs; cut into quarters.
