Spicy noodle salad

12 | ounces | Spaghetti |
2 | tablespoons | Sesame oil |
1½ | cup | Carrots, grated |
1½ | cup | Bean sprouts |
4 | Green onions, chopped | |
1 | tablespoon | Orange rind, grated |
¼ | cup | Orange juice |
¼ | cup | Tahini [optl] |
3 | tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 | teaspoon | Granulated sugar |
1 | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
½ | cup | Peanuts, chopped |
¼ | cup | Fresh coriander, chopped |
Directions
In large pot of boiling salted water, cook spaghetti for 8-10 minutes or until tender but firm; drain and rinse under cold water. Drain well and transfer to bowl; toss with sesame oil. Add carrots, bean sprouts, onions and orange rind.
Combine orange juice, tahini, soy sauce, sugar and hot pepper sauce; toss with spaghetti mixture. Sprinkle with peanuts and coriander.
