Spicy potato wedges

4 larges Potatoes
4 tablespoons Oil
2 tablespoons Chinese five spice powder

Directions

Pre-heat the oven to 190C. Boil the potatoes whole, then cut into wedges about 1 inch thick. Place the wedges on a baking tray, season with salt and pepper and pour half the oil over them. Mix the other 2 tablespoons of oil with the five spice powder and pour this over the potatoes.

Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
