Spicy scallop pizza

½ pounds Bay scallops -- (or sea
Quartered)
1 cup Tomato -- chopped
½ cup Red onion -- sliced
1 tablespoon Jalapeno chile -- minced
1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro -- minced
2 teaspoons Fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon Garlic -- minced
14 teaspoons Salt

Directions

pn Crushed red pepper 1 12" pizza crust 1¼ c Fontina; shredded 2 tb Cilantro leaves Preheat oven to 450~. Heat olive oil and add scallops; cook 1 minute. Transfer to large bowl with tomato, onion, jalapeno chile, 1 tb cilantro, lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper; toss. Spread evenly over crust. Top with cheese. Bake 10 minutes.

Garnish with 2 tb cilantro. Per Slice: 270 Cal, 11 gr Fat.
