Spicy texas barbecue sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Catsup
½ cup Brown sugar; firmly packed
¼ cup Lime juice
2 tablespoons Ground red chiles; to taste
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
cup Onion; chopped; 3 medium
2 Jalapeno chiles; *
2 Cloves garlic; finely choppe
12 ounces Tomato paste; 1 cn
12 ounces Beer; any brand

Directions

* Jalapeno chiles should be seeded and finely chopped.

Heat all ingredients to boiling in a 2 quart saucepan; reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer 1 hour; stirring occasionally. Makes about 5 cups of sauce.
