Steak marinade #1

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Oil
¼ cup Bourbon or dry sherry
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
1 teaspoon Garlic powder
Several twists of peppermill

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag. Add meat, tie securely and place in pan, in case bag breaks. If used to marinate roasts, place in refrigerator for one to two days; if steaks, allow at least 4 hours; if fish or chicken, at least 2 hours. Turn bag several times during marinating time. This is delicious!
