125 | grams | Shelled roughly chopped prawns; or chopped cooked |
; chicken (4oz) | ||
A few leaves of fresh basil or mint | ||
2 | tablespoons | Coconut cream or single cream |
Oil or butter for greasing | ||
Salt and pepper to taste |
Directions
Put all the ingredients in a glass bowl and mix them thoroughly by stirring quickly with a large spoon for several seconds.
Divide among four well-oiled or buttered ramekins or other suitable heatproof bowls.
Steam in a steamer for 8 minutes. Alternatively, you can cook them in a bain-marie in the oven at Gas Mark 4/180ø/350øF for 25-30 minutes. Serve warm or cold.
