Strawberry tiramisu

8 | ounces | Pkg cream cheese, softened |
1¼ | cup | Milk |
¼ | cup | Coffee, divided |
1 | pack | Vanilla instant pudding (4 1/2 oz) |
2 | cups | Cool Whip, thawed |
3 | ounces | Pkg ladyfingers, split lengthwise (soft type) |
2 | pints | Fresh strawberries, sliced |
6 | ounces | Bitterseet chocolate, grated |
3 | Whole strawberries, sliced, for garnish |
Directions
Prep time: 30 minutes Chill time: 4 hours or overnight Beat the cream cheese until smooth and gradually blend in ½ cup of the milk and ½ of the coffee. Add the vanilla pudding powder and remaining milk. Beat until smooth and thoroughly combined. Fold in the Cool Whip. Arrange lady fingers in bottom of a clear glass bowl.
Brush with ½ cup coffee. Use half the strawberries and arrange onto ladyfindgers. Layer ½ the cream cheese mixture, spoon onto berries.
Sprinkle with some of the grated chocolate. Repeat. Cover top with grated chocolate and garnish with sliced berries and sprig of fresh mint.
