2½ | cup | Self raising flour |
½ | cup | Coconut milk |

A small amount of jam; (any kind) |
Directions
Mix the butter and sugar together with a spoon. Add the egg and stir well to mix it in. Add the custard powder and mix, then add the flour, coconut milk and milk and mix together until you have a smooth but stiff dough (you may like to mix it with your hands).
Take a teaspoon of the dough, roll it into a circle in the palm of your hand. Roll all the dough in the same way and place the dough balls on an oven tray. Pat the biscuits down a bit so that they are all the same height.
Bake them at 180c for about 10 minutes then take them out of the oven. Poke the end of a wooden spoon into the centre of each biscuit to make a deep dent. Spoon a tiny amount of jam (about ¼ teaspoon) into each hole then put the trays of cookies back in the oven until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
