Directions
Tobiko is flying fish roe. Red like caviar. Mix eggs lightly with sugar, salt and mirin. Heat oil in skillet and add egg mixture, evenly over bottom of pan. Cook until set. Turn out onto cutting surface; cool. Cut into 3 inch strips ½ inch wide. Cut tuna, salmon, cucumber into simular strips.
Wrap your favorite in nori sheets and dip in soya sauce and enjoy.
