1¾ | cup | Bread flour |
¼ | cup | Rye flour |
1 | tablespoon | Dry milk |
1 | teaspoon | Salt |
1 | tablespoon | Butter |
¾ | tablespoon | Honey |
¾ | tablespoon | Molasses |
½ | cup | Flat ale |
¼ | teaspoon | Cardamom |
¼ | teaspoon | Anise seed |
½ | tablespoon | Orange peel |
2 | teaspoons | Yeast |
Directions
Produce the flat ale by opening a dark beer and stirring until the bubbles are dispersed. Scoop off residual foam before measuring ale.
Bake on regular cycle.
