1 pounds Sweet potatoes; baked
½ cup Green peas; cold cooked
½ cup Crushed unsweetened pineappl
3 tablespoons Parsley; chopped fresh
cup Favorite dressing
8 eaches Lettuce leaves; (optional)

Directions
