teaspoon Ground White Pepper
teaspoon Crushed Hot Red Pepper
teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Directions

Stir well to mix, then sotre at room temperature in an airtight jar.

Makes about ⅔ cup, enough rub for two 3-pound racks of spareribs
