Texas style cole slaw

1 | large | Green bell pepper; chopped |
1 | large | Red bell pepper; chopped |
½ | cup | Fresh coriander; chopped |
1 | large | Garlic clove; mashed |
1 | Jalapeno pepper; chopped | |
1 | Onion; chopped | |
1 | cup | Olive oil; or corn oil |
½ | cup | Red wine vinegar |
1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
Salt and pepper; to taste |
Directions

Chop bell peppers and coriander. Mix together. Make adressing by combining the remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture and allow to stand for one hour before serving.
Serves: 8
Comments: A twist on cole slaw that is perfect with barbeque.
