Texas style cole slaw

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
6 cups Green cabbage; grated
1 large Green bell pepper; chopped
1 large Red bell pepper; chopped
½ cup Fresh coriander; chopped
1 large Garlic clove; mashed
1 Jalapeno pepper; chopped
1 Onion; chopped
1 cup Olive oil; or corn oil
½ cup Red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Sugar
Salt and pepper; to taste

Chop bell peppers and coriander. Mix together. Make adressing by combining the remaining ingredients. Toss with cabbage mixture and allow to stand for one hour before serving.

Comments: A twist on cole slaw that is perfect with barbeque.
