2 tablespoons Dried shrimp or kapee (shrimp paste)
6 Garlic cloves, chopped
4 Dried hot peppers
1 teaspoon Sugar
3 tablespoons Nam pla (fish sauce)
3 tablespoons Lime juice
2 Serranos, chopped
3 Pea eggplant (optional)

Directions

Make day before Blend first 4 ingredients. Beat in nam pla and lime juice. Add serranos and pea eggplants.
