Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
½ pounds Processed Cheddar Cheese
¾ cup Light cream
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
4 slices Bread
1 each Cut cheese into thin slices and place them in top of a double boiler.
2 eaches Add cream, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard. Cook over medium heat,
Stirring occasionally, until cheese has melted.
3 eaches Toast 4 slices of bread and place each slice on a separate plate.
4 pounds Some of the hot melted cheese mixture over each piece of toast.
Makes 4 servings.
