Tomato and orange salad

Ingredients

1 pounds Ripe tomatoes - sliced thinly; (450g)
1 Orange - peeled and sliced
1 small Red skinned onion - thinly sliced
Dressing: 6 tbs olive oil
2 tablespoons Cider vinegar
1 Pinches Schwartz Garlic Granules
3 teaspoons Schwartz Chives
Schwartz Coarse Ground Black Pepper
Salt

Directions

Arrange the tomatoes, orange and onion on a serving plate. Place all the ingredients for the dressing in a screw topped jar, shake to mix, pour over the salad and chill for 1-2 hours before serving.
