Ingredients

1 | pounds | Dried small white beans |
4½ | cup | Water |
⅓ | cup | Molasses |
¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
1 | Onion -- chopped | |
¼ | pounds | Salt pork -- in 1\" cubes |
1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW 13-14 hours, stirring occasionally if possible.
For added nutrition, serve with rice or bread or cornbread.
