Ingredients

2 pounds Ground turkey
2 teaspoons Salt
¾ teaspoon Black pepper
¼ teaspoon Allspice
¼ teaspoon Mace
¾ Heaping tsp thyme
¾ teaspoon Cayenne
¾ teaspoon Chili powder
4 tablespoons Onion minced
teaspoon Garlic powder
3 teaspoons Wrights liquid smoke
¼ cup Water

Directions

Mix ingredients well and stuff into casings or roll into ½ lb rolls and wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Can be sliced into rounds and cooked in frying pan, or broken up and used to flavor other dishes.
