Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 can Large Mixed Vegetables
1 pounds Boiled,peeled, cubed potatos
3 smalls Onions, finely chopped
½ pounds Apples,peeled,cubed finely
2 tablespoons Majonaise
¼ can Condensed Milk
½ can Saved Vegetable Juice
1 teaspoon Vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
½ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 smalls Tomatoes, sliced
2 smalls Pickles,finely cubed
Parsley for decorating
2 Hard boiled Eggs, sliced

Directions

1. Drain the vegetables, save the juice. 2. Mix with the onions, potatoes, apples and pickles. 3. Fold in the majonaise, add juice and milk as needed. 4. Season with salt, vinegar, sugar and mustard until good to your taste. 5. Decorate with the tomatoeslices, little sprigs of parsley . 6. Serve cold.
