Wild rice burgers

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Extra lean ground turkey
Breast
½ cup Cooked wild rice
½ cup Finely chopped onion
¼ cup Finely chopped fresh
Parsley
¼ teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Pepper

Directions

In large bowl combine all ingredients well. Shape into 6 patties. Heat grill and grill 10-12 mins turning once. Serve immediately.
