Yankee baked hash

2½ | cup | Leftover beef roast |
1 | small | Onion |
1 | Sprig of parsley | |
3 | Freshly baked potatoes | |
Salt and pepper | ||
Milk and any leftover gravy | ||
Butter |
Directions
Put meat, onion and parsley through your food processor. Add baked potato. Do not chop too fine! Salt and pepper to taste. Put meat mixture in a casserole dish and fill almost to top with milk and gravy or just milk. Dot with butter and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1½ hours, until a brown crust forms on top.
