Yogurt parfait

¼ | cup | Granola, low fat |
½ | cup | Sliced fresh fruit, (apple, banana, strawberries, etc.) |
Directions
In a parfait or large glass mug, layer one-third of yogurt, half of granola and then half of the fruit. Repeat layers and top with remaining yogurt.
Yield: one serving. Diabetic Excanges: one serving prepared with low-fat-sugar-free yogurt and low fat granola - 1 skim milk, 1 fat, ½ starch, ½ fruit 209 calories, 171 mg. sodium, 3 mg. cholesterol, 30 gr.
