Zucchini and walnut sour cream pancakes

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
cup Milk;
1 cup Sour cream;
2 Eggs;
2 tablespoons Melted butter;
2 cups Baking mix;
1 cup Zucchini; grated squeezed dry
¼ cup Walnuts; chopped

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the milk, sour cream, eggs and melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Add the baking mix, and stir until just combined. Add the zucchini and walnuts.
