Zucchini and walnut sour cream pancakes

1 | cup | Sour cream; |
2 | Eggs; | |
2 | tablespoons | Melted butter; |
2 | cups | Baking mix; |
1 | cup | Zucchini; grated squeezed dry |
¼ | cup | Walnuts; chopped |
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the milk, sour cream, eggs and melted butter. Mix thoroughly. Add the baking mix, and stir until just combined. Add the zucchini and walnuts.
