| 1 | (12 oz.) can Spam, cubed | |
| 1 | cup | Velveeta cheese, cubed |
| 4 | cups | Hard cooked eggs, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Chopped sweet pickle |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Chopped green pepper, optional |
| 1 | cup | Mayonnaise |
Directions
Mix meat, cheese, eggs, pickles, onion, green pepper with mayonnaise together. Spoon on hamburger buns. Wrap in foil and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes. This was World War II special at the Bumstead house. Submitted By BARRY WEINSTEIN On 04-01-95
