| 1 | cup | White sugar (granulated) |
| 1 | cup | Light brown sugar |
| 1 | cup | Shortening or butter |
| 1 | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Baking soda |
| 1 | Egg | |
| 1 | cup | Sour milk |
Directions
Mix flour, sugar and baking powder in bowl with butter. Add 1 beaten egg to milk. Add 1 cup sour milk and baking soda. Mix with hands, like you would for pie dough. When thoroughly mixed, cut into 4 parts and put in pie tins. Bake at 350 degrees for Recipe By :
