Ambrosia sherbet

1 | can | (large) crushed pineapple |
1 | can | (large) apricots; chopped |
2 | cans | (6-oz) frozen orange juice |
2 | Juice cans water | |
6 | Ripe bananas; mashed | |
1 | can | Coconut |
Ginger ale or champagne |
Directions
Mix thoroughly all ingredients except gingerale or champagne. Freeze in 1 quart (cardboard) freezer containers with lids. Serve with champagne or gingerale.
