Anyberry dessert purees

Ingredients
Quantity | Ingredient | |

2 | cups | To 3 cups Berries |
¼ | cup | Fruit liqueur |
¼ | cup | To 1/2 cups Sugar (to taste) |
Directions
In a small saucepan, combine all ingredients and stir to mash berries. Warm over low heat to dissolve sugar. Transfer to food processor or blender and puree. Strain if desired. Berry purees are fabulous drizzled over yogurt, pudding, custard, fruit salad, lady fingers, pancakes, and crepes.
