Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 cup Butter
1½ cup Sugar
2 Eggs
5 tablespoons Water
½ teaspoon Cream of tartar
4½ cup Flour
½ teaspoon Baking soda

Directions

Mix all ingredients well. Chill dough. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly brown.
