Apple dabble cake with frosting

Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Plain flour |
| 1¼ | cup | Oil |
| 2 | cups | Sugar |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| 3 | cups | Raw apples, chopped fine |
| 1 | cup | Chopped nuts |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Soda |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Baking powder |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Mix well. Bake in a tube pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Frosting: 1 stick of butter 1 cup light brown sugar ¼ cup milk Mix and let boil 5 to 10 minutes. Pour over cake while hot and let stand for 2 hours. Randy Rigg
