Apricot fruit flip

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 (12oz ) can apricot nectar
1 Med-size ripe banana
¼ cup Instant non-fat dry milk
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Honey
1 teaspoon Grated lemon rind
Ice cubes

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except ice cubes, in container of an electric blender. Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups; blend until smooth.
