3 ounces Unsweetened pineapple juice
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Wheat germ, if desired

Directions

A delicious energy booster combination.

Blend all ingredients at high speed until smooth. Makes 1 serving, 417 calories, 8½ g. protein.
