Apricot phrynia

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
12 mediums Ripe apricots, pitted
1 medium Orange, juiced -=OR=-
¼ cup Orange juice
1 cup Pineapple, diced finely

Directions

Cut apricots into quarters. Put in a blender with the orange juice.

Blend thoroughly at medium speed. Pour mixture into a bowl. Stir in the pineapple & serve immediately for the best colour, taste & nutritional value.

If not serving immediately, cover the bowl & store in the fridge. It can be kept up to 5 days, but the sooner used the better the flavour.

Stir gently before dishing into glass dessert bowls.
