1 | cup | Celery, chopped w/leaves |
1 | cup | Potato, chopped |
3 | cups | Water |
2 | teaspoons | Salt |
1 | teaspoon | Kitchen bouquet |
1 | Bay leaf | |
⅛ | teaspoon | Basil |
1 | Can stewed tomatoes w/juice |
Directions
Brown beef and onion, drain. Place in large Dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours, stirring occasionally.
