Autumn soup

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Ground beef
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Carrots, chopped
1 cup Celery, chopped w/leaves
1 cup Potato, chopped
3 cups Water
2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Kitchen bouquet
1 Bay leaf
teaspoon Basil
1 Can stewed tomatoes w/juice

Directions

Brown beef and onion, drain. Place in large Dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours, stirring occasionally.
