Baked parsnips^

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
8 mediums To 10 parsnips
2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
Salt and pepper
Little nutmeg
Butter

Directions

Boil parsnips in salt water until tender. Be careful not to overcook them as they get soggy. Cool; peel and slice longways and put in a baking dish. Mix milk, eggs and seasonings,pour over, dot with butter; bake at 325F, 45 minutes.
