Baked vegetable pasta

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pounds Mostaccioli or ziti
1 tablespoon Olive oil
2 eaches Cloves fresh garlic, minced, or 1 tsp bottled
1 medium Onion, finely minced
4 eaches Carrots
2 cups Broccoli, cut in small pieces
teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Basil
32 ounces Tomato sauce, commercial or homemade

Directions

Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Heat oil in wok or large skillet, add garlic and onion, stir fry 1 minutes, and add carrots, broccoli, oregano and basil. Spread ½ cup tomato sauce in bottom of 10x13 baking dish. Layer pasta, vegetable mixture and tomato sauce. Top off with any remaining tomato sauce.
