Baked vegetable pasta

Ingredients

1 | pounds | Mostaccioli or ziti |
1 | tablespoon | Olive oil |
2 | eaches | Cloves fresh garlic, minced, or 1 tsp bottled |
1 | medium | Onion, finely minced |
4 | eaches | Carrots |
2 | cups | Broccoli, cut in small pieces |
1½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
1 | teaspoon | Basil |
32 | ounces | Tomato sauce, commercial or homemade |
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare pasta as directed on package. Drain well. Heat oil in wok or large skillet, add garlic and onion, stir fry 1 minutes, and add carrots, broccoli, oregano and basil. Spread ½ cup tomato sauce in bottom of 10x13 baking dish. Layer pasta, vegetable mixture and tomato sauce. Top off with any remaining tomato sauce.
