Balsamic vinegar sauce

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
¼ cup Cider vinegar
1 Onion -- thinly sliced
3 tablespoons Rosemary -- fresh
1 tablespoon Italian parsley -- chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
½ cup Olive oil
cup Balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon Red peppercorns

Directions

Cook onion in cider vinegar until soft. Remove from heat and add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
