Directions
Coat bottom of cast iron fry pan with oil. Add Garlic and brown gently. Add Bread and stir to coat with oil. Add water to cover. Add parsley. Simmer 15-20 minutes. After the soup has simmered, add eggs.
The eggs can either be stirred in or poached.
