Directions
Unroll pizza dough. Roll into a 15" square on a lightly floured surface. Let dough rest 10 minutes. Cut into 25 3" squares.
Stir together refried beans, onions and the 2 tablespoons salsa.
Spoon a heaping teaspoon filling on each dough square. Brush edges of each square woth water. Lift one corner and stretch dough to opposite side, forming a rectangle. Press edges together and seal well with fork or fingers,.
Place pastries on a greased baking sheet. Prick tops with fork.
Combine the egg and 2 teaspoons water. Brush pastries with mixture.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400F. about 12 minutes or till golden. Serve hot with salsa, avacado dip and sour cream. Makes 25 Submitted By CAROLYN SHAW On 07-26-95
