Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
2 pounds Ground beef
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 pounds Can refried beans
1 teaspoon Salt
teaspoon Garlic powder
Oil
cup Taco sauce
19 ounces Can enchilada sauce
1 Dozen corn tortillas
10 ounces Cheddar cheese, grated

Saute beef and onions; drain. Stir in beans, salt, garlic powder, and taco sauce. Heat until bubbly. Add enchilada sauce. In a separate fry pan, pour in enough oil to about ¼" and heat. Soften tortillas, one at a time, by quickly dipping in hot oil, turning, and draining on paper towels.

In a 3 quart casserole, make layers of tortillas and meat sauce. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes or until heated through.
