2 teaspoons Dry red wine
2 teaspoons Fresh orange juice
½ teaspoon Freshly ground black
Pepper
Makes 1 1/2 cups
Use a mix of fresh
Seasonal berries
To create this chunky
Dressing,
Which is similar to a
Fresh salsa.
Try serving it over
Slices of
Watermelon and honeydew
Or in a
x Cabbage slaw.

Directions

In small nonreactive bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Cover and chill until ready to use.
